With nearly three decades of service in defense, intelligence, and space security, Rear Admiral Tillier brings a wealth of experience – from commanding naval operations to shaping European space cooperation. A telecommunications engineer and former leader in France’s Joint Space Command, he now heads the EU’s hub for satellite imagery and geospatial intelligence.
